For over 25 years Richard Quaid has enjoyed a rewarding career as a real estate and mortgage banking entrepreneur. Richard has led many Central Florida financial and real estate institutions, as well as RQ Holdings (his own corporation) in achieving multi-million dollar success.
Active in all aspects of the real estate, development and mortgage banking industries, his experience encompasses land acquisition and development, construction in both commercial and residential arenas, to multi-million mansion renovations. His latest accomplishment is establishing an affiliation with Stetson University to create educational programs for real estate and mortgage banking professionals.
